City station for accounting of carts loaded with rubble stone is present in front of chapel. City began this program in earnest after its purchase of the Galera in1871. The Convento (north of chapel) has not yet been overbuilt by wooden warehouse of Honore Grenet which occurs in 1877. View is NNE across plaza.
