View is NNE providing details of the north side of Main Plaza from Soledad to Acequia (Main). It was taken at some point in the 45 day period between the closing of the White Elephant Saloon, door to and purchased by Wolfson’s Dry Goods on the west corner of the plaza (half visible at extreme left) in January 1886 and the fire that destroyed the old Smith Block on the east corner of the plaza in March 1886.
