The first was taken between 1890 and 1908 (Post Office-completed in 1890 is present. Gibbs building-begun in 1908 and completed in 1909,) is not. The second was taken after 1912 (New Moore Building, renovation completed in 1912, is present) and while horses had not yet been crowded off the street. The third was taken during the period of the downtown faux street cars (1983-2021).
