Taken from the west sidewalk showcasing Robert Wulfing’s dry goods (and according to the Mexican Consul, guns also) store at the SE corner of Soledad and Main Plaza. Must be prior to 1877 as the three-story stone Dauenhauer building is completed there by late 1877. Notice how people stepping on and off hacks and wagons has shattered the sidewalk.
