Taken from a point in the plaza showing the line of buildings on the west side of the plaza to include the Steves Block (1880), the Fashion Theater (1884) and the other buildings that run to the SW corner built by Simon Fest. Dated by the Fashion Theater opening in December of 1884 and the building of the City Hall beginning in 1889.
