Subject: Photo crop of Milam Building. View is NNW. Taken from south of Travis Street and east of the river showcasing the 21 Story office building that when completed in 1928 was the first in the nation to be completely air-conditioned. It was a Carrier Air-Conditioning masterpiece that was operating with the same machinery in 1989.
